Filmmaker Vikram Bhatt has shared an emotional note following the release of Haunted 3D: Echoes of the Past, which finally hit theatres last Friday after facing multiple delays. Reflecting on the film’s journey, Bhatt opened up about the personal and professional struggles he endured while trying to bring the project to completion.
The director revealed that one of the most difficult phases of his life came while the film was still unfinished. Bhatt recalled spending 75 days in prison during the production period, a time when the future of the movie appeared uncertain. He admitted that the experience tested his resilience and left him questioning whether the project would ever make it to the big screen.
Despite the setbacks, Bhatt and his team persevered and eventually completed the film. Expressing gratitude to everyone who stood by him during the challenging period, the filmmaker said that Haunted 3D: Echoes of the Past represents much more than just a movie—it is a testament to determination, faith, and the ability to overcome adversity. Seeing the film finally released, he said, is an emotional and rewarding moment.
