Ropar, 18 August 2026: The 108 Ambulance Service team in Ropar once again demonstrated honesty, responsibility, and dedication by safely returning a purse belonging to a patient’s attendant after an emergency transfer to PGIMER, Chandigarh.
108 Ambulance, transported Dalbir Kaur, 51, from Civil Hospital, Ropar to PGIMER, Chandigarh after she complained of chest pain and required further cardiac evaluation and treatment. The emergency response team comprising EMT Sandeep Singh and Pilot Gurpiar Singh ensured her safe and timely transportation.
After the patient was transferred to PGIMER, the ambulance staff found a purse belonging to the patient’s attendant. Demonstrating exemplary honesty and professionalism, the crew took responsibility for the belongings and ensured that the purse was safely returned to the patient’s attendant.
