India is set to achieve a significant milestone in sustainable transportation with the launch of its first hydrogen-powered train on July 17. The project is part of Indian Railways’ ambitious plan to adopt cleaner and environmentally friendly technologies while reducing its dependence on fossil fuels. The hydrogen-powered train is expected to play a key role in lowering carbon emissions and supporting India’s long-term goal of achieving net-zero emissions.
